Just got done speaking with Nevada about my family’s life insurance and was very understanding about staying within budget. "I am currently very sick with a sinus infection, and due to my sore throat, I did not want to have to call to make the changes I needed to make to my pending renters policy. I had already received a text from this/my State Farm office this morning about my policy, so I asked if I could make the changes i needed to through the same text chain. Lupita was on the other end of the texts, and she was SO helpful. Helped me with exactly what I needed while being very understanding."
